Most customers are able to set up the supplier side the same day. There’s no heavy IT setup, no long onboarding, and no downtime. We offer unlimited in house customer service. Our team walks you through everything so you can start using DCN the same day.

DCN provides U.S.-based support through phone, email, and live chat. Every account includes hands-on onboarding, workflow setup assistance, and ongoing training with our customer success team.

If you choose to leave, you can mass export every document out of the software in a clean digital format as well as a matching excel spreadsheet of all data.
