Document Compliance Network does not charge for training, set-up, onboarding, additional users, additional documents, data, or suppliers.     We offer a 90-day money back guarantee. You will have instant access and ability to set-up Document Compliance Network. Set-up, onboarding, and training is set up on your preferred date and time. After being set up on Document Compliance Network, you can schedule as needed or regular standing appointments with your Customer Service Manager. If for any reason at all you are dissatisfied and want a refund, you can submit a request within the first 90-day period. We give you three full months to try out the software to make sure it's a good fit for your food safety program.

    You can use Document Compliance Network to track any document type. Choose from our pre-populated list of industry standards or create your own.   • How long does set-up take? How do I start?
    After deciding DCN is the best solution for your food safety program. Actual set up and onboarding takes about two hours. We offer free guided set-up, support, onboarding, and training. You will get immediate access to begin onboarding. The billing department will send an invoice to your company and customer support will schedule a time on your calendar to begin the onboarding process.
  • How are documents and data protected?
    Information is accessed through a secure server. Documents that are stored within the "internal” database with 256-bit encryption. Document Compliance Network uses the Microsoft™ Azure Cloud. Unlike other software, suppliers do not have to create an account or access your private network, instead they upload their documents directly from their email. This protects the number of external users who can access your cloud. Moreover, Document Compliance Network does not share information regarding your suppliers, specs, or other private information.
